Times of Tranquillity is a continuous piece of music which lasts approximately 60 minutes. He was asked if he could compose some tranquil and relaxing ,yet inspirational, music that could be used for meditation.

The Sacred Garden is a guided meditation which lasts approximately 30 minutes, however, there is a second track which is the same music but it is unguided. So there is the option of being able to do the same meditation, but either with your own mind guiding you or being able to perform a live meditation within a circle.
