Unlike the previous album, 'Times of Tranquillity', is a continuous piece of music which lasts approximately 60 minutes.  Adam's inspiration for putting this CD together was given to him by a friend; who held regular clarivoyancy groups and who is also a trusted meduim. He was asked if he could compose some tranquil and relaxing ,yet inspirational, music that could be used for meditation.

I think you'll agree by the excerpts - that he has captured the mood and certainly excelled in the brief given.
